Handmade Pasta Experience at Co-Sign Speakeasy!

Join us for an unforgettable evening of pasta-making at Co-Sign Speakeasy, where you'll learn the art of creating fresh, handmade pasta from scratch. Guided by Chef Joe Peroney, a seasoned culinary instructor and private chef, this immersive class offers the perfect blend of education, indulgence, and fun.

Throughout the class, you’ll craft a variety of traditional pasta shapes — including ravioli, tortellini, and fettuccine — and take home everything you make to enjoy later.

Your ticket includes one complimentary cocktail or mocktail, and access to a private bartender exclusively serving our group. Enjoy the full handcrafted cocktail menu throughout the evening, along with light snacks to keep your creativity flowing.

To complete the experience, you’ll be treated to two signature pasta dishes prepared by Chef Joe:

• Hand-Cut Lumache with white truffle oil and Parmesan

• Joe’s Legendary 32-Layer Lasagna — a rich, decadent masterpiece layered with fresh pasta, basil, marinara, béchamel, and cheese that will truly change the way you think about lasagna.

Please note: This class contains gluten and dairy and cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. It is a hands-on experience, and participants will be standing for approximately 3 hours. Bench seating will be available for breaks as needed.
