Pasta Class - Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy. September 26th, 12-3pm

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of pasta-making at Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy, where you'll learn the art of creating fresh, handmade pasta from scratch. Guided by Chef Joe Peroney, a seasoned culinary instructor and private chef, this immersive class offers the perfect blend of education, indulgence, and fun.

Set on the beautiful grounds of Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy, this class offers a rare opportunity to cook and learn inside one of Pennsylvania’s most celebrated artisan creameries.  Before class starts, you will be given a behind the scenes tour of the cheese production facility.  

Throughout the class, you’ll craft a variety of traditional pasta shapes, including:

• Ravioli stuffed with butternut squash, brown butter, and mascarpone.
• Tortellini filled with Goat Rodeo Chèvre, lemon, and sautéed spinach.

Everything you make in class, you take home with you!

This class is BYOB. Bottled water will be provided.

To complete the experience, you’ll also be treated to two signature pasta dishes prepared by Chef Joe:

Hand-Cut Lumache with Truffle oil and Parmesan

Joe’s Legendary 32-Layer Lasagna — a rich, decadent masterpiece layered with fresh Pasta, Basil, Marinara, Béchamel, and Mozzarella Cheese that will truly change the way you think about lasagna.

After you’re done eating, you’ll be escorted to the goat barn to meet the herd. Baby goats will be available for cuddles and selfies galore! 

Please Note:
All sales are final. This class will take place rain or shine. The class contains gluten and dairy and cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. This is a hands-on experience, and participants will be standing for approximately two hours. Seating will be available for breaks as needed.

The event space at Goat Rodeo Farm & Dairy has two small steps to enter. An ADA-compliant restroom is available in the cheese production plant and can be accessed via steps or with a short car ride.
